The Ormiston Children & Families Trust is a charity working across East Anglia. One of the services they offer is the Prisoners’ Families Helpline which is a free and confidential service for anyone who is affected by the imprisonment of a family member or friend.

The helpline is based at their office in Milton and they are currently looking for more volunteers to help answer calls. You need to be willing to give two to four hours per week to work on the helpline. No previous experience is required as training will be given.
