As Swine Flu has now reached Impington Village College there’s a good chance it will be in Milton soon so this is probably a good time to remind you of the leaflets below from the Health Protection Agency. The main advice is that if patients have been to an affected area and get flu symptoms (fever over 38°C, cough, sore throat, runny nose) they should not come to the surgery but should ring the surgery or NHS direct to be told where they will be assessed.
In the meantime they should stay at home and try not to come into contact with anyone new until they have been checked.
