Milton Environmental Group meets this Wednesday (22/10) from 7:30pm in the Bowls Pavilion on Coles Road. The meeting will focus on waste and recycling. Officers from both SCDC and the county council waste and recycling teams will be there to answer all your questions about waste and recycling. Now that plastic bottles are being collected there are many questions to be asked:

• why only bottles?
• how far does our plastic have to travel before it is recycled?
• when will the plastics bank at Tesco be removed?
• can we have a Tetrapak bank to replace it?
• where does our paper waste go?
• what is the future for Milton tip?

The meeting is open to all. Feel free to come along with your own questions on waste and recycling.
