The council finance and staffing committee meets on Monday (19/5) evening at 7:30am at the parish council office. As well as the usual finance issues they will be recommending salary scales for 2008 to council and initiating a consultation with regard to appointing an Assistant Clerk whose role will include putting in grant applications for both the council and MCC (the charity who runs the community centre and recreation grounds).
